Forming and Shearing

Forming takes place on two 220 Ton Brakes. For simple bends or complex parts, our CNC controlled equipment provides and efficient cost effective solution to meet your processing needs.

The 1/2" shear will process a variety of materials from 20 gauge to 1/2". The 120" bed enables flexability in product size and allows us to respond to most shearing applications.

Surface Grinding

Our grinding equipment will provide a quality finish on one or both sides to a specified tolerance. Don't let size be your concern, we can cover all of your surface grinding needs.
